My China Root, a brand dedicated to helping Chinese individuals in London trace their ancestral roots and enhance their connection with their homeland, recognized the importance of providing an exceptional User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI). This case study explores how our design team approached the challenge of improving the UX and UI for My China Root's platform, creating a more engaging, informative, and user-friendly experience for users seeking to discover their Chinese heritage.
